Our Prenatal Pilates course, developed in collaboration with midwives, is designed to support your body and well-being throughout pregnancy. Through gentle, targeted exercises, you strengthen and increase circulation in your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, while also improving posture, relieving back pain, and relaxing the shoulder area.

Balance and inner calm
Breathing and relaxation exercises help you find inner peace and balance—a valuable support during pregnancy.

Introductory & Personal Training
We recommend a personal introductory session from the 16th week of pregnancy. Alternatively, Prenatal Pilates can also be booked as an individual personal training session.

Prenatal Pilates Workshop

A special afternoon just for you
Spend an afternoon dedicated entirely to pregnancy, movement, and well-being. This workshop focuses on understanding and experiencing your pelvic floor, teaching you how to engage and support it throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum recovery.

You’ll learn how to strengthen your entire body in a gentle way, develop mental resilience, and consciously connect with your baby. Practical tips for making your pregnancy more comfortable and recommendations for supportive services like acupuncture and osteopathy round off this holistic workshop.
