In this resource-oriented training, discover how movement enhances health, structural balance, posture, and vitality. The goal is to increase movement efficiency - both in everyday life and during exercise - while strengthening resilience, especially in demanding times.

Gentle, slow movements alternate with higher-intensity, more dynamic exercises. We apply various stimulation techniques, including FAMO Training exercises and tools. Specific fascia release techniques incorporate FAMO massage balls or, alternatively, two soft spiky balls to target and activate the fascial system.
